University admission assistance is free and does not require booking any of the packages listed above.
Packages are subject to a 14-day refund policy from the payment date. Any used or reserved service will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Airport pickup becomes non-refundable once the service is booked and the student’s arrival date is confirmed.
Document translation covers Arabic or English into Turkish. Notary certification fees are not included.
Translation covers the passport, diploma and latest academic transcript. Additional documents and postgraduate records may require extra fees.
All packages except the Gold Package include residence procedures and appointment booking. Health insurance and residence taxes are paid separately by the student.
University accompaniment is provided up to two times. A third accompaniment may require an additional fee.
Equivalency appointment accompaniment is provided up to two times. A third accompaniment may require an additional fee.
Equivalency appointment accompaniment is available for bachelor’s students only.
Hotel booking covers one of the hotels offered by Study Now. Choosing another hotel may result in an additional charge.
Bank account opening is subject to residence requirements and Turkish banking regulations.
If a service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond the team’s control, the amount paid for that service will be refunded.
